By accessing or using TradesCloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

TradesCloud is a software platform designed to help trades businesses manage jobs, quotes, invoices, and related business activities.
We may update or improve the platform at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and using the service for business purposes to use TradesCloud.
4. Accounts
Access is granted once an account has been created and activated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse or suspicious activity is detected.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
TradesCloud operates on a subscription basis.
Pricing is based on the number of users (seats) selected.
Payments are billed monthly in advance.
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the service for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform.
Interfere with or disrupt the service.
Use the service in a way that could harm other users or our systems.
Use the service in a way that places excessive load on our systems or negatively impacts performance for other users.
8. Data and Content
You retain ownership of the data you input into TradesCloud.
You are responsible for:

We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from incorrect or incomplete data.
We do not routinely back up user data and are not responsible for any loss of data. Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups where necessary.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data.
However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Availability
We aim to provide reliable access to TradesCloud but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
11. Third-Party Services
TradesCloud relies on third-party services, including:
Payment providers (e.g. Stripe)
Infrastructure providers (e.g. Supabase)
We are not responsible for failures or issues caused by these third parties.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradesCloud shall not be liable for:
Loss of profits
Loss of business
Loss of data
Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 3 months.
13. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials within TradesCloud are owned by or licensed to us.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:
You breach these Terms
You fail to make payment
We suspect misuse of the platform
